AKAMU performed the following services, among others:

1) As Promotion Agency:

- organized 3 editions (2009-2010-2011) of Crosscurrent Festival in Botticino and New York City at Le Poisson Rouge thanks to the support of Italian National Broadcast RAI Radio 3; the ethnographic museum Musée du Quai Branly in Paris; and TriCentric Foundation in New York;

- organized in 2015 Cinquante ans de l'AACM de Chicago at the prestigious Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris for the Festival d'Automne with the presence of the Mayor of the City of Paris, Anne Hidalgo;

- organized in 2015 at the Egyptian Museum of Turin The Sonic Genome, an 8 hours performance created by Anthony Braxton with over 60 musicians; the same performance was also presented at Vancouver Cultural Olympiad (2010) and for Berlin Jazz Fest at the Gropius Bau Museum of Contemporary Art (2019);

- create and broadcast Radio Programs on the subject of Vanguarda Paulista on RAI Radio 1 (Italian National Radio), Radio Popolare Network (12 episodes) and on Italian Swiss Radio R.S.I. (4 episodes).


2) As Artist Management:

- promoting in exclusivity artists such as Art Ensemble of Chicago, Roscoe Mitchell, Anthony Davis, Henry Threadgill, Nicole Mitchell, Egberto Gismonti as well as in the past Musica Elettronica Viva, Anthony Braxton, Frederic Rzewski, Cecil Taylor, Amiri Baraka (LeRoi Jones), "Butch" Morris, Stefano Scodanibbio among others;

- creating the original projects Comicoperando and Wyattando, both paying tribute to the songs of Robert Wyatt (with his blessing!), one of the world's best-loved singers and songwriters in jazz and pop history;

- organizing in 2018-2019 three European Tours and one World Tour of The Art Ensemble of Chicago - a band that has marked the history of jazz (in 2017 celebrated its 50 years of career) - with concerts at Sons d'hiver (France), Arts Center (Melbourne, Australia), Barbican Center (for London Jazz Festival), Big Ears (Knoxville, USA), Edgefest (Ann Arbor, USA), Trip Metal Fest (Detroit, USA), Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts (Washington D.C.), Von Freeman Pavilion (for Chicago Jazz Festival), SESC Pompéia in São Paulo and SESC Santos (Brazil). For these tours, Akamu also took care of the Production and Logistic.


3) As Booking Agency:

- organizing concerts all over the world for dozens (!) of American Jazz musicians, plus European Tours for Brazilian musicians including João Bosco, Mônica Salmaso, Jaques Morelenbaum, Arrigo Barnabé, Vinícius Cantuária, Hermeto Pascoal, Hamilton De Holanda and many others;

- organizing hundreds of concerts in the most prestigious Concert Halls in Europe and several dozen prestigious extra-European locations. At bottom a selected list of the venues outside Europe.
